A classic cheese ball is reimagined in single servings with toasted pecans, fresh parsley, tart cranberries, and goat cheese.

- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces goat cheese softened
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups pecans finely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries finely chopped
- ⅓ cup parsley finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place finely chopped pecans on a baking sheet, and toast for 5-10 minutes, ensuring they don't burn. Allow to cool.
Using a stand mixer or electric mixer, combine softened cream cheese and goat cheese. Add in honey and cinnamon, stir to combine.
Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, create rounded spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture. You may want to wear gloves for easy clean up.
Combine toasted pecans, chopped cranberries, and parsley in a shallow baking dish.
Roll each cheese ball in mixture until completely coated.
Refrigerate until serving for up to 3 days. Before serving, drizzle with additional honey.
