Cut avocados in half lengthwise. Remove pit by hitting with a knife and twisting. Spoon avocados into a medium mixing bowl and mash quickly with a fork.
Add all other ingredients and continue mashing to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For spicy guacamole, add an extra ½ tablespoon of sriracha. Serve immediately to avoid discoloration. If preparing in advance, press plastic wrap over surface of guacamole to avoid air touching it (this causes avocados to oxidize and turn grey).
