- 1 baguette
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Slice baguette into 1/4" thick slices. Arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Brush each crostini with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crusty.
Slice garlic clove in half. Rub garlic on hot crostini pieces.
